A rich Asian cultural aesthetic fused with modern slot technology — 600d brings Mahjong Ways 2 with its unique mechanics that deliver thousands of ways to win, generous Free Spins features and thrilling jackpot potential.
Mahjong Ways 2 is a sequel to the hugely popular mahjong-themed slot series, developed by an internationally certified casino software provider and now exclusively available on the 600d Malaysia. This is no ordinary slot with a mahjong label slapped on it — the game genuinely brings traditional Asian board game culture to life through stunning visuals, intricately detailed mahjong tile symbols, and gameplay mechanics inspired by the play styles Malaysians already know and love.
What sets Mahjong Ways 2 apart from ordinary slots is its Ways to Win that is truly unique. Unlike traditional slots that use fixed paylines, Mahjong Ways 2 operates on a system where wins are awarded whenever matching symbols appear on adjacent reels from left to right — regardless of their position on any specific line. Across a 5-reel × 4-row grid, this generates 4,096 ways to win that varies every spin, meaning your chances of landing a win are far greater than with conventional payline slots.
At 600d, Mahjong Ways 2 comes with a highly competitive RTP of 96.95% — among the highest in the Asian-themed slot category in the Malaysian market. Its high volatility means wins may not land every spin, but when they do — especially during Free Spins with active multipliers — the amounts can be truly surprising and completely turn your session around.
Rich game mechanics make every spin brimming with anticipation
Forget the constraints of a limited payline system. Mahjong Ways 2 uses a "Ways" mechanic where matching symbols on adjacent reels from left to right form a win — no specific row required. More ways means more chances to win.
Wild symbols shaped like special mahjong tiles can appear on any reel and substitute for all regular symbols to complete winning combinations. In certain modes, these Wilds appear in pairs to trigger impressive win multipliers.
Land 3 or more Scatter symbols to trigger Free Spins. What makes it even better: Scatters can continue to appear during the free rounds to add more Free Spins — up to a maximum of 40 free spins in a single session.
What truly sets Mahjong Ways 2 apart from other slots is the Wild Multiplier, which activates during Free Spins. Every Wild involved in a win carries a multiplier ranging from 2× to 10×, and if more than one Wild is active at the same time, those multipliers combine multiplicatively!
Special Flower Symbols stack on certain reels during Free Spins, expanding the number of symbols on those reels from 4 to 8. This blasts the total Ways to Win to over 65,000 winning ways in a single round!
Don't want to wait? Use the Buy Bonus feature to purchase direct access to Free Spins mode at a fixed cost. This feature is available at 600d for players who want to jump straight into the action without waiting for Scatters to appear organically.

Active (glowing) symbols on adjacent reels form a win — row position doesn't matter!

Key Tip
In Mahjong Ways 2, the more identical symbols land simultaneously across the reels, the more ways are formed automatically. Five 🀄 across 5 reels with 4 per reel = 1,024 Ways from that symbol alone!
For many Malaysians, mahjong is more than just a game — it's part of our cultural heritage and cherished family memories. That's what makes Mahjong Ways 2 at 600d so special compared to other themed slots: it resonates on a level that goes beyond attractive visuals. The familiar "click" of mahjong tiles being thrown, the symbols etched into memory — everything carries a sense of familiarity that keeps players coming back session after session.
But don't be mistaken — Mahjong Ways 2 is nothing like the traditional mahjong you play with family during festive gatherings. It is a fully modern video slot, built with sophisticated game mechanics and a win dynamic far more complex and exciting than conventional slots. The 600d delivers this game with HD streaming quality that ensures every tile animation, every win flash, and every Free Spins round looks crisp and clear — whether you're playing on a large desktop screen or your smartphone.
What's always the hottest topic of conversation in the player community 600d is the moment the Overlapping Flower feature activates during Free Spins. Picture this: you're mid-session in Free Spins, and suddenly a Flower Symbol lands on the middle reel — that reel instantly expands to eight rows with overlapping symbols. The Ways to Win count skyrockets from thousands to tens of thousands in an instant, and every winning combination formed carries a multiplied value as the Wild Multiplier activates at the same time. This is the kind of moment that can truly turn an ordinary session into something extraordinary.
A player from Petaling Jaya who regularly shares experiences in fan groups 600d once shared how he started with a deposit of RM 50 using Touch 'n Go eWallet, and after around 80 spins at RM 0.60 per bet, managed to trigger Free Spins with the Flower Symbol active on three reels simultaneously. The result? Winnings totalling over RM 3,400 from a single Free Spins session that lasted about two minutes. Stories like this aren't myths — they happen regularly among loyal Mahjong Ways 2 players at 600d, though of course this cannot be guaranteed for every session.

A practical guide to getting the most out of every gaming session
Before playing with real money, spend some time in demo mode to truly understand how Ways to Win works. Unlike paylines, wins form automatically based on adjacent symbols — there's nothing you need to do except spin.
For a high-volatility slot, set aside a bankroll of at least 100–150 spins. At RM 0.50 per spin, that means a budget of RM 50–75 for a meaningful session — enough to stay in the game long enough to land Free Spins.
The biggest wins come during Free Spins through a combination of Wild Multipliers and Stacked Flower Symbols. Be patient during the base game — regular wins may be modest, but a single strong Free Spins session can more than make up for dozens of ordinary spins.
Make the most of the 150% deposit bonus from 600d to top up your funds. A deposit of RM 100 gives you RM 250 to play with — nearly 3× more spins, which means a greater chance of triggering the bonus. Check the wagering requirements before withdrawing.
If you want instant access to Free Spins without the wait, the Buy Bonus feature gives you exactly that. While the cost per round is higher, it eliminates the lengthy "waiting" phase and takes you straight to the stage where big wins can happen.
Before you play, set a loss limit (e.g. stop if you lose RM 100) and a win limit (e.g. stop once winnings reach RM 300). This discipline ensures you always walk away with the situation under control.
